Return and Refund Policy
At Clean Aura Candles, each candle is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we’ve created the following policy to be fair to both our customers and our business.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The original packaging
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not require the damaged item to be returned.
Refunds
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our candles, refunds are not offered for:
- Used or burned candles
- Scent preferences
- Minor cosmetic variations (such as slight color or texture differences)
If an item is damaged in transit and a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Clean Aura Candles is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages
If an issue arises, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Because our candles are handcrafted, slight variations in color, vessel finish, or appearance are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.
